Distribution: BAT Djibouti

TSL was successful in providing the software of choice for implementing distribution monitoring in BAT's Djibouti division. After a rigorous evaluation process, our Enterprise product was the preferred choice for the ease of use over wide area network. The facility to rapidly deploy it and the cost effective nature of the software. The Enterprise product is also being used by the BAT distributors in the Kenyan Market, i.e. Benchmark Distribution Ltd and Outlook Ltd.

Restaurant/ Retail: Millenium Cinemas (Nyali Cinemax)

TSL was contracted to provide a solution that would seamlessly integrate all business units of Millenium Cinemas, including the Cinema shop, restaurants and back office. Stock visibility from purchasing through to sales was a key requirement.

Project Management: AUA Industria

AUA Industria provide specialized core services and have gained market leadership with a proven track record for providing the highest quality Engineered Video Surveillance (CCTV), Enterprise Access Control, Hospitality Systems, Fire Detection and Intrusion Detection systems. They are also major integrator if Biometric Time and Attendance Systems.

Their interest in HansaWorld was for a system that would allow easy access to the historical project information for ease of making comparisons in budgets, item prices, and streamline stock tracking to improve service delivery times.

Medical Distribution: Technomed Kenya/ Uganda

Suppliers of medical analytical instruments and diagnostic kits. Their main aim in choosing HansaWorld was to be able to monitor stock levels and keep track of stock batches, to more effectively monitor stock shelf life. They also were very interested in HansaWorld accrual invoicing system which negates the need of keeping a long paper trail to keep track of invoicing spread out over long periods of time.

NGO: World Vision

World Vision is one of the largest relief and development organizations in the world. The Kenyan Office partnered with TSL to streamline the procurement process using HansaWorld Purchasing, in order to improve visibility in all its regional offices.

Building & Construction: Taj Mall Properties

Taj Mall Limited is today not only one of the biggest locally owned real estate developer in Kenya, but also a market leader in the property development and construction business. Taj Mall partnered with TSL to employ Enterprise as a solution to improve project management and delivery and to improve stock tracking and visibility both on location at its various warehouses.

ICT: Kenic

An ICT company charged with the overseeing of Kenyan Domain Name Space by managing and administering .ke in an effective, transparent and equitable manner, and in conformity with the global Internet policies. Their main interest was the facility to effectively manage their online billing for thousands of customers through integration with an existing application. The success of deploying this solution saw then able to process customer accounts faster and require less human intervention to achieve this.

Spinknit Ltd in Nakuru is a leading manufacturer of Wool and Textiles. They selected Enterprise to handle their accounts and stock for its unique functionality of being able to track stock varieties, without requiring setting up different SKUs for each variation. This has increased their stock control efficiency and assisted in making stock processing faster.

Distribution: Broadway Bakery

Broadway Bakery is a leading manufacturer and distributor of bread and other baked goods in the Nairobi and Central Kenya Region. It appointed TSL as company of choice to help in deployment of a full accounting system that would enable them improve their distribution reporting and monitoring.
