• Manish Mehta: Managing Director

  Manish is a Certified Chartered Accountant with Post graduate certification in Risk Management. He is experienced in retail and distribution, operations and logistics management, and inventory optimization. He is key in defining accounting best practices for each of our implementations. This has given him in depth experience of the implementation process, the details of functionality in each HansaWorld module, as well as the technical issues involved in deploying HansaWorld.

  In addition to introducing the HansaWorld product to East Africa he has successfully established and run a number of businesses across the region.

  As managing director of Total Solutions Ltd, Manish is instrumental in coalescing the various company divisions, namely Infrastructure (Hardware & Networking), Security (ESET NOD 32 & Smart Security) and Fiscal Solutions (ETRs) to ensure our clients get a truly total solution.

• Jean Marie Keny: Project Management | Consulting | HAL Programming

  Jean has over 10 years experience in development and implementation of various financial software in Eastern Africa. Her experience in IT consultancy includes: IT strategy/policy development and implementation, user requirements documentation, systems selection, project reviews, business processes mapping, project management, business and systems reviews and post-implementation review.

  Her expertise in systems development includes use of Visual Basic/Visual Basic for Application, .NET and RDBMS technologies that include Sybase, and MS SQL Server. She has a deep knowledge of the HansaWorld product set, having worked with the product as an ERP Consultant/Project Manager/HAL Programmer, delivering systems in Manufacturing, Project management, Distribution and Retail environments.

  Jean holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Information Science from Moi University, and is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration (IT/Finance) from University of Nairobi. She also has certifications in HAL programming and Project management.

• Harpreet Phull (Sunny): Sales | Consulting

  Sunny holds a Diploma of Computer Networking from Centurion Systems in Kenya, Certificate of Science and Engineering, Bachelor of Internet Science & Technology and a Master of Commerce all from University of Wollongong in Australia. Previously Sunny was involved in; the development of RPG (role playing games) and business applications, end-user support, and executing socio-economic and environmental analysis with Cadrno Forbes Rigby in Australia. He has outstanding analytical skills, procedural and methodical approach to problem solving achieved through study and employment.

  Before joining Total Solutions Ltd, Sunny was working with University of Wollongong as end-user support and as residential advisor where he gained interpersonal skills. He is currently involved in HansaWorld sales and implementation.

• Maureen Misoi-Kinyor: Sales | Consulting

  Currently completing her Master in Business Administration (Strategic Management), Holds a post graduate Certificate in Hotel Information Systems Management (Fidelio) and in Red Hat 8.0 System Administration, Diploma in Business Management and a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science.

  Past experience in the Hospitality industry – Hilton Hotel, manufacturing – PZ Cussons with successful implementation of a Sales Force Automation system and Educational institutions - Africa Nazarene University. This provided great exposure and invaluable technical, interpersonal and organizational skills. Great success in project management, system administration and end-user support as well. Currently an ERP consultant with a number of implementation sites to her name and has a role in Sales for the software systems.

• Moses Kimani: Consulting | Support

  Moses holds a BSc degree (Computer Science) from Moi University, Kenya. Moses is experienced in systems lifecycle including systems implementation, testing and support.

  With implementation and support of more than 50 user ecommerce sites in Netherlands and Kenyan, Moses has gained abundant experience in operations of ERP Systems including Sugar CRM, OpenBravo, Orange HRM, HansaWorld and the Adempiere Framework, as well as the technical issues involved in deploying systems.

• Geoffrey Ngari: Consulting | Support

  Geoffrey has over 6 years' experience in implementing and managing various computer systems, at both infrastructure and software levels. He has prior experience working with Sage Pastel ERP as a System Administrator, as well as doing software programming and development in Visual Basic, FoxPro and SQL Server. He also worked as an IT instructor for two years before joining Total Solutions.

  Geoffrey holds a Bachelors' Degree in Information Sciences / Information Technology, as well as a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, both from Moi University in Kenya. His currently handles new client setups, installations and support for Total Solutions Ltd, and has implemented several sites successfully, mainly in the Retail sector, handling the full project implementation cycle.
